Safety around 400 Lincoln Place area

Oh man, that first open house is going to be a doozy - great price for anything in the hood. @LaddHalsey - I've lived on the block for almost 10 years and the loud summer/spring thing really hasn't been such a factor in the last couple. The obvious exception being the Labor Day weekend of course.

The maintenance is $400 a month, which isn't bad if the building is up to date on its mechanicals and infrastructure.

Check that electrical, plumbing, elevator and roof. Make sure they have repointed that facade.

When were the windows done?

How many of the apartments are still sponsor owned rentals?

I checked out a unit in there during the summer. The lobby garden is really cool and so is the view from the roof deck!
