I certainly wouldn't mind if she was no longer there, stinking it up. Is there anything we can do to get this crazy picture selling pisser out of there?

if you can find the woman a place to go please let me know. one of the bartel pritchard guys always camps out in the 15th street station for the winter. the smell is overhwleming, and even though the police kick him out he comes back every day.

The only thing that you can do is to call 311. Fat lot of good it will do!

I guess it's the part where she was talking to herself? It's possible that it was a loud cell phone conversation, I guess!

I have never seen her talking to herself nor anyone else! I don't get the crazy vibe. Has anyone on here ever talked to her besides to offer her something?

Besides the fact that she talks to herself, sane people don't spend 24 hours a day in a subway vestibule (however you spell that).

She's not at all dangerous. There are some far more dangerous people living underground.

Actually there were two guys who slept at that station ,Harry and Joey, well Joey won't be sleeping in the subway anymore ,as he passed away on a park bench on Monday June 2nd at PPSW.

Can't disagree about the cleaning fluid smell, but I'm not sure that is related - the bleach stink can usually be traced to a pancake of spew somewhere along the corridor.

Of all the homeless people I've seen in this city, she is possibly the most sympathy-inspiring. Whenever I've seen her, she's always quiet, self-contained (unlike the guys sprawled at the 15th Street stop), extremely polite when approached, and to my jaded nose, oder-free.

Smelly homeless to me are the guys sitting at one end of a (strangely) empty subway car, and when you briefly pop in to the other end before fleeing to the next car over, the stench clings to the inside of your nostrils for the rest of the evening. That's 10 out of 10 smelly.

Then there's the guys who shuffle by on a crowded subway, and you you hold your breath while your eyes tear up, but as soon as they pass the smell goes away. I'd call that 5 out of 10 smelly.

Compared to others, Our Lady of Seventh Avenue scores way way lower (and I'd argue has no issue at all).

All of whom, regardless, are sad to behold. They all need help, whether they know it, want it, or accept it.

The two outside the liquor store are Sweet and Harry.
Joey's is featured in the Windsor Terrace Forum under Junkies of Windsor Terrace, he's the one with the blue button down shirt and the one shooting it up on the bench.

I was going to CVS and decided to walk from 8th ave to 7th ave using the subway station to avoid the heat and spotted the person mentioned on the forum.
He/She was quiet and appeared to be oblivious to those passing by.
Has anyone advised the Token Booth Clerk about the offensive odors everyone has mentioned
