I went to Barrette for the first time last night and there was burlesque dancing. Is that every night? Tuesdays only? I know there is no website and I didn't see a sign at the bar. Anyone know? Thanks!

That is a deal, 5 bucks and open bar for an hour, it might actually be worth the effort to go there. Last time i was there was for the James Brown party, right after he died and it was fucking great.
There are a bunch of places that you can go to around the city. All you have to do is buy Timeout magazine and find Burlesque joint pages, there are many more places that you have probably never heard of. So good luck , drink up and stay sane.
