yes. BG went to report the car as stolen, and the police came.

they called some secret police number and found it had indeed been towed (still not in the system). they gave him a special number to call. he called there (sheriff? marshall? i don't remember) and they don't have a record of it. they sent him elsewhere, no record.

no, i don't think so. because when the police came they were able tocalll a #,a secret police #, and find it. so i think he has tocall the popo again and go from there.
