To Mouse or Not to Mouse... that should NOT matter.

You can, and have to be able to right and left click from your laptop "curser" Consider it a built-in mouse.

I always use a mouse, however, when I read your email
I tried using the finger pad on my laptop instead -
and it still didn't work (i.e., copy per Suzie's suggestion).

I feel so much better. It is because i dont have a mouse thank God. I really was feeling very stupid..THANK U THANK U THANK U PATSY SO disappointed wanted to put photos on like all u guys. Well at least i have donnie and i on here.

IF you can LEFT CLICK WITHOUT A MOUSE you can RIGHT CLICK WITHOUT A MOUSE.

Most people do not use mice.... (a mouse) - computers are built
to be self contained. The finger pad contains your mouse (curser and
right left clickability-function).

Terry, when I first started reading the original blog Frankie Garcia was one of the first names I saw. He was another neighborhood pigeon flyer, but his post was old, a few years I think. How the hell did you remember that and call youself stupid about the picture thing, I don't think so. I just got back from playing with a few of my grandchildren and I'm lucky I remembered how to turn the computer on.

TO RIGHT CLICK. Under the pad there are two tabs, one is on the left (left click) and one on the right (Right cllick) You don't need a mouse. Use these tabs.

JANET, TERRY DOES NOT HAVE THE 2 TABS UNDER THE PAD. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. SHE HAS A MAC COMPUTER AND THEY DON'T HAVE THOSE TABS. I CALLED HER AND TRIED TO WORK THRU IT STEP BY STEP. WE TRIED DIFFERENT THINGS FOR RIGHT CLICK, BUT NOTHING WORKED. SHE IS GOING TO HAVE HER SON HELP HER TOMORROW IN PERSON. SHE DID NOT HAVE A MOUSE TO ATTACH EITHER.

I don't know if they heard me, but it sure reminds me why I don't teach ADULTS anymore!!! LOL But I love them, these women!

Thanks for the cheering from Janet as a follow-up. I thought I was
losing my mouse mind for a minute or 10. And Janet, I think I missed half of Lipstick Jungle because of these mousketeers.

Sauce versus Gravy; Mouse versus Keyboard; Patsy versus Pasty. So many controversies.....I am getting dizzy (or maybe it's just that it is 11 PM and I am looking at a huge pile of documents (from table top to ceiling) which I need to review (god knows how) before leaving for India. And the dogs are trying to bully me into taking them for a long walk at this ungodly hour (and my wife gets up at 5 AM.....can't wait until she retires).

OOPS, I have a pc laptop. I also has a small wireless mouse and it's the best. A small attachment gets plugged into a USB port on the side of my laptop and the wireless mouse works. I hated the pad, lol.
I did get to see most of Lipstick Jungle, so all is well.

Well I don't have a mouse, I don't even think I have a cat, but I do have a question.
When new postings come in on the blog, do they appear right away, you know "real time". I have to go out and come back in to see new postings. Is there a setting or something I missed?

My grandfather and uncles had pigeons - on the roof of their house on 20th Street. Great memory. Pigeons on the roof, home made wine in

My sister has an Apple desktop and it was hard to get used to when I was up in NY, so she used my wireless mouse on it also. Made it a lot easier.

where are the tabs on my lap top???? are they arrows what do they look like I am sorry i cant take this i thought we had this all straightened out/ GOTTA GO TO SLEEP NOW GOTTA GET UP EARLY FOR BKLYN BABYSITTING AGAIN.
