Brooklyn Back When - Open Thread

I like my tuna raw......sushi, sashimi, tuna carpacchio. Hold the mayo. so does Moose.

By the way, I would put a picture of some of my favorite sushi but I haven't taken the time to learn how to do it. I feel kind of overwhelmed by all the pictures people are posting.....right now, I'm sticking to the alphabet.

I have a cat named Moose who has an enormous appetite. The second night in our house (he was a small kitten) he jumped on the dining room table and ran off with the tuna from my Red dragon roll. Just last night, we had several rolls and Arlene fed him some of her Red Dragon roll. Moose is a Maine Coon and although he is fairly lean (no fat cat), he is long and weighs 18 pounds. Arlene promised me that Maine Coons were like dogs (I am not a cat person) and she was right. I call him my fourth dog and he acts just like it. We keep large bags of dog food and he is the only one of the animals who ever tore into a bag. He will never starve.

Thank you Nilda. All the Firefighters thank you too. I, as well as many other people, missed seeing you on the blog. You were one of the nicest people we all met at the reunion. Let's just say, we, our group of about 8 people all commented on how sweet you were and friendly too. Yeah for you.

i just want to say that I had a very enjoyable day with old time friends today and if it were not for this blog I do not think it would have happened.

I just found my mouse and I can not use it the wire does not have the right plug to plug into the lap top. I am going to go to apple tomorrow and buy one but i will try that ctrl clic and se what happens.
