Janet - Thanks that sounds so good, I have to try the onion soup. Its funny you said sauerkraut, I used to make that all the time, my husband loves that, I don't know how I found out about that but pork chops with sauerkraut is really good. I also like to fry the pork chops with hot red peppers thats my favorite, but the hot peppers don't like me......

Judy, do you want a real winter version of pork chops from the firehouse?

You brown the pork chops on both sides and place in a baking dish. cover with sauerkraut. Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup with milk to thin and add Gravy Master. Cover the pork and sauerkraut and bake. It is fantastic. You can serve it with egg noodles.
They ate well in the firehouse.
