Hey Joe,
Those Monster movies reminded me of Saturday afternoon matinee in the Globe on 15th St. They would show 2 full length movies, several shorts (3 Stooges, Laurel & Hardy)., a bunch of cartoons and the coming attractions. There was almost always a monster movue included.

To all. It was 27 degrees in Tampa this morning. Broke a record for lows. Has been cold all week and they are predicting colder yet on the weekend. Been here 13 years and never saw a winter like this. Greenhouse effect my foot!!! :pale:

HI WARREN.......YES, THOSE SATURDAY MATINEE'S WERE GREAT. I WENT TO THE OLD "PARK" MOVIE HOUSE ON 5TH AVE AND 41ST STREET.

I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING THE ORANGES SAFE. THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS COLD, EXCEPT MAYBE THE SOUTHERN MOST TIP OF FLA.

Well I took all the Christmas stuff down today.....what a job. Aunt Lillian is still in the hospital....waiting for the results of her stress test. But so far things look good.

Hello -

Freezing in Florida.... 40 degrees right now and dropping.

I heard they had to cancel flights this morning out of
Sarasota/Bradenton because they couldn't de-ice the
planes. Did you hear that, Warren?
Frank laughed at me when I brought our flannel sheets
here.

Sending you all WARM WISHES and wishing I had
some heat to bring up to you. I'll be coming up to the 'old
country' tomorrow morning to spend some time with my
sister for her birthday. Will be heading back on Monday.

Have a hectic schedule with family.... but will be in touch...
if it works out for 'us' to get together.

Joe......wish I had that fireplace to keep me warm this house is so drafty.

Terry.......thought of you yesterday when I fell......I was carrying laundry downstairs and didn't see the can of spray on the floor. Now my foot is bruised and 3 of my toes and I can hardly walk......it's friggin killing me!!!! LOL

Suzie.....I'm planning on staying in today and doing NOTHING!!!!!!!! If I can get away with that............LOL

just ice it, there is nothing u can do with your toes. try to stay off of it.
wish i was home had to come to the old country to watch Mia.
P>S> stay off f it and dont put pressure on it and it will get better also take advil it is an anti inflammatory. that iswhat helped me i took 3 of them for the pain and the swelling.

Pray for that poor boy (Danny Kelly 22 yrs old) that got hit on hylan blvd with his girlfriend. In a coma and not doing good. SO SAD. just strting his life. I think he just became a teacher and he was on track team for St. Josephs. Suzie be careful on that Hylan Blvd they drive like nuts. Tell Vinny and the kids to always be aware of their surroundings when driving on the Blvd. Every block has flowers for someone who has died there. It is so dangerous. If I don't have to walk there or drive there I don't. TOO DANGEROUS
