Saw Marie and was alert to speak. We had a good morning. We are taking it day by day. Her body is failing her but she is fighting so hard I can see it.

Hello Terry,
I have been around long enough to have lost parents, a brother, my best friend and numerous others I considered close. Right now I have a sister fighting Cervical Cancer and a Brother with very little use of his hands and legs. A lot of sadness is coming my families way. There is an old saying that goes something like this "You can't pick your family but you can pick your friends." It is obvious that you and Marie picked each other and love each other. I can't tell you to be glad, I won't tell you to be sad. Be yourself with your friend and she will carry that with her and you will feel better for it. My Presbyterian Florida prayers are with Marie and also with you! [-o<
