Okay......jumping in the shower....Samm and I are going to my sister Gina's with Aunt Lillian today. Kevin is going to stay home and relax.....he's so tired from working so many days straight and some of those days were 12 hour shifts. I'm sure he'll appreciate the quiet......lol

Danny .....no words we say right now will help the sinking feeling in
your heart. I somewhat remember mentioning to Tommy Aliotto
around the Holidays how does he do it with losing both parents
and he mentioned its The Circle of Life!

Those words keep sticking in my head.....

so true the circle of life.

Some of us lose our parents when we are young, some of us when we are older and some even older. BUTTTTTTTT no matter the year, the time, the age they are and we are the pain is still the same.

Someone once asked if it is harder to lose your Mom when u are younger or older. I say as a child it is very hard, very, very hard. Your Mom is the unity of the family, the one who u run to when u get hurt or have a problem. I think it s harder on u in life when u r a child or younger. THE PAIN inside is the same pain no matter how long u have them.

I lost both parents in one year and they both were 75 years old. The pain eases but your heart still hurts. I often just take very deep breaths when I think of them so I don't cry.
This morning in church and last week the organist sang this verse and I thought of Marie and now Danny's Mom. I visualized Marie walking into heaven into God's kingdom into eternity. (sounds deep right ..???? Deep for Big Momma)
I feel u have to believe that they are in a better place. I DO..I much rather have them here... a place with no pain, no hurt and no worries.
