Hi Everyone.....

Debbie thanks ....If I had more energy Id do it for ya! Got my blood work back yesterday....not good ....borderline diabetic....she's giving me 2 months
to eat right and get some sun.....she also put me on Vitamin D vitamins
I hate blood & urine work .....it shows everything (which is probably a good
thing) The urine was worse ...those kidney stones are showing up!

Hi Anna ....thanks I thought I was eating right WTH ....but its Debbie's
fault I started baking cakes! LOL

You had to see me cleaning out the fridge yesterday.....I threw out
the mayo, butter and cream cheese and caesar salad dressing,
and the blue cheese dressing for the wings!

I bought bran cereals and fat free milk, chicken cutlets and lots of veggies
and fruit.......Im on a mission

THE BEACH MAKES ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. NOT JUST FOR THE SUN. I GO EVEN IN THE WINTER......WASNT SICK ALL WINTER,.....BECAUSE OF THE SALT FRESH AIR.........AND SO TRANQUILL FOR ME ALSO.

Hi Guys -

Still feel crappy...feel like going home, but since I am the ONLY one here, looks like that isn't going to happen. The other girl I worked with, her last day was yesterday, so lucky me, now has to do everything all by myself......

Still having problems with the blog....when I asked the administrator he said he can't see anything wrong....when I try and go into it on a different link, it takes me to a totally different screen than I am on, its hard to explain, but I can't stay in that screen to work on all day, so I will just peek in every now and then, until I figure out what the problem is.
