I'm so aggrivated.....the guy who is supposed to finish upstairs hasn't been here in two days. Yesterday he told Kevin he had some family issues to deal with and today he just didn't show!!!! We have til saturday to finish the floors and a few other things.....I waited so long to get a new tenant and I don't want to piss her off!!!! UGH....i'm so annoyed...... :x

I just finished a good book called snowflower....All about the chinese and traditions. Loved it...
I am home back in si and reality will set in. Actually it already has. My bathroom is a disgrace from u know who....Mail up to my ears and bills. Boxes of Beauticontrol with orders. I just left everything n came up to my neat bedroom. Oh and my plants....I think he just watered them just before i got home..My mother always said u can raise 10 children but one kid cant take care of you...He almost killed my plants that kid...LOL

I'm grateful for everything I have - that's not saying that I don't more but I'll take what I have (at least until I hit the lottery!!)

I agree with you Debbie - I'm tired of workers who aren't responsible. I would like my roof looked at before the winter sets in - I've called 3 different roofers and not one of them has returned my call. It'll all work out -- the apartment will get finished and your new tenant will love it.

Debbie - Glad to hear good news about Katie....sorry about your workers....where I work the owners of the company I work for also own the building, so I am forever calling repair people to come in and they NEVER return my calls......I thought everyone was looking for work!!!!

Well Anthony I have some good news.....They found a match for my brother in law Jonathan, it is a 9 out of 10 match, they will still search for a 10 out of 10, but if they cant find one, the 9 out of 10 will do....that is half the battle, trying to find a match for the bone marrow transplant....he will be starting his chemo tomorrow.... let just prayer that he gets through it ok and goes into remission.

Hello All from suddenly very pleasant Tampa Bay. Temps barely reaching 80, no humidity, cool breeze. Unusual for early October. Anthony, I am not encouraging a mass exodus from NY & NJ to Florida but when it comes to aging..... Carol and I looked into a Senior place here in town that you can eventually use for assisted living when needed. You start with Independent living. The people are extremely active. Meals are included When Carol asked the AVERAGE AGE of the tenants we were informed that it is 80. There is a bank here in Sun City Center that throws a party every year for people who have reached 100 years old :roll: . Invitations go to at least 50 people and last year they had 26 in attendence. I do not know if it is the weather or what else but people seem to live longer down here, especially the women. Lots of widows... :scratch:
