It snowed a little but they keep saying that we could get up; to 3" during the night. Maybe they are full of it.

hi guys, it's been a loooong weekend. i busted my chops decorating with my wife,it knocked me out.

I am looking for a good recipe for a white sauce. When I go out I usually order the big fish dinner, with clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp with angel hair and I always order the white sauce. How do you make this sauce.

Yes, but I never liked fish. When we were kids, we ate pizza every saturday night. Fish was the only other alternative, yuck.

When it came to cooking, Joanne had hands of gold... I could go for some clams oraginato right now....

I'm sorry if I'm breaking a topic, but I just wanted to pop in and say hello to all of you, because I cannot believe how many pages we've blogged through already.

I hope everyone enjoyed their thanksgiving. Mine was yummy! The fried turkey was AWESOME. As far as my problem with not having drippings, I roasted a few turkey wings and got all the drippings I needed for a little gravy.

Danny Lovaglio - so nice to see you back again. We missed you so much.

Carol - I owe you a recipe for Mussels. The problem is, I never write many of my recipes down. I just made that one up as I went along. I'm putting one together for you.

Hi Terry - I got your Thanksgving email. Thank you for thinking of my family that day. It was very, very nice of you.

Patsy - Thanks for lighting a candle for Jeanne on Thanksgiving. I'm so glad we still have people who continue to do that.

Okay, if I go shopping for one more Christmas decoration, I'm going to be homeless. I CANNOT STOP! You would never know I was grieving the loss of my sister by the lights outside and inside my house. I guess I just needed a project. It looks so pretty. My husband has a gigantic Homer Simpson blowup and he tried to put it in the front of my house with my beautiful Angel and precious reindeer. That idea went out the window. Homer will spend Christmas in the backyard! For years I wanted those little pine tree that light and line the driveway. So I got a few and put them along my driveway. Well, yesterday we had a horrible storm and it knocked them all down. It looked like white-trash Christmas in front of my house. Now the sun is shining again, it was 76 degrees today and we're back in business.

My thoughts are always with you, my Brooklyn buddies. I wish you a great night.
