Judy, I was always a cat person. I had dogs growing up but on my own, I always had a cat. When I got engaged, my husband asked what I wanted, an engagement ring or an Irish Setter. What do you think I chose??? Yes, the Irish Setter. I loved that dog so much and treated her like she was my baby. She couldn't swim, so went we went camping, I floated her around on an air mattress. She was definitely babied by me.

I was there in 68, out of HS also. I think my sister got there in 72 or 73, I have to ask her in the morning. I remember recommending her for the job and I received a $25 cash award for her staying there for 1 year. Boy, that $25 was a lot of money back then.
