I am not upset. He is going back with his wife, so it is fine. I don't even mind leaving it empty for a month or two.

I am not the best at renting out apartments. Only once did I take security. Every other time, the tenant beat me out of 1 to 2 months rent. This time I will give them a statement to sing outlining all the rules, lol.

THAT IS NOT THE POINT. COURTESY SHOULD PLAY INTO THIS. IF YOU REALLY NEEDED THE MONEY, YOU WOULD BE SCREWD BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO HAVE PEOPLE COME AND LOOK AT THE APT.

I AM A VERY GOOD LANDLORD, BUT RESPECT HAS TO COME FROM THE OTHER PERSON TOO.

I DID THAT LAST WEEK AND THE WEEK BEFORE. MIKE AND I SWITCHED CLOSETS OMG WHAT A MESS I STILL HAVE TO FIND A PLACE FOR SOME THINGS. WHAT A PROJECT THAT WAS AND NOT SMART TO DO BEFORE CHRISTMAS. U CAN NOT IMAGINE WHAT I GAVE TO THE VETERANS. GIGANTIC BAGS OF CLOTHES. SHIRTS OF MIKES ON HANGERS ABOUT 25 OF THEM. I HOPE THEY GO TO GOOD USE. I THINK THEY SELL THE STUFF BUT WHO CARES AS ALONG AS THEY HELP THE VETS
