it was bad only three missed it the entire family got it.,
but now i have bronical.,which i never had before.,
so it is really weird.,

judy it is not easy i went cold turkey .,
my husband went on the pill which we
found out was not to good had side effects
he dint get any but there were some.,
going to be a year march., not bad but the pounds
are coming on., lol lol lo

Linda - My husband also took the pill, but he did not like how he felt on them so he got off and went right back to smoking.....I will try some way. Good for you!!! You should be very proud of yourself, it is the hardest thing I have ever tried.

Debbie - Mom will start her radiation right after the new year. She is doing good, she feels good and looks good...Hopefully this radiation will do what its supposed to do......

it is pretty hard but you have to want to really do it.,
like anything its up to you ,.i am a few years older then
you so you have time judy you will do it., lol lol lol
thank god for my husband it worked because he loved to smoke
so you can imange how much., two packs.,
