    UPDATE: Our friends at Brownstoner reported a rumor about the sandwich development at the time of the Tea Lounge closure, but said it was dismissed by ex-Lounge employees.

    Seems like its a real estate office going in.

    NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh. It totally sucks. It's probably the real estate guys who were on 7th and Prospect ave. which is now a computer store with a f ing knight in armor outside.

    Very well priced, very good from what I hear. Like I said, I always go to Nicky's, but that's only out of habit. Lots of people prefer Hanco's. Trust me a V.Sandwich is a thing of delicious beauty.

    yeah, after i posted that last night, when i walked by on the way to the subwa this morning the place was all opened up and they were removing the ceiling fans and stuff. still looks like it has a long way to go

    oh my god, pho. i used to eat it twice a week at least. for years. till i moved away from my source. fluorescent orange with sriracha, it was. mmmmm.

    you know what goes well with pho? cafe sa da. please, o gods of restaurant menus, may they serve cafe sa da.
