Seen Spurlock as well as Buscemi on the F train.

Buscemi is often at La Bagel Delight as well. Not that I am stalking him or anything...

if you want to stalk hodgeman, he's always in grab. i've seen him there several times. either that, or he's stalking me. because i saw him in prospect park one time too.

    that seems unlikely though.

Don't worry, I don't consider a few names listed here as celebs. Jonathan Coulton?!? Who? Really?

I have seen most of the ones listed also. Years ago, I used to see Jimmy Smits in the Slope a lot, haven't seen him in years though.

Seen Buscemi numerous times and just last month, Turturro was on line directly behind me at my child's school picking up his kid's candy sale order. The lady who was helping him kept asking him his name and how to spell it, i wanted to yell out, "Wake up lady, it's John Turturro!!" LOL

Hubby has also seen the guy who played Artie on The Sopranos numerous times at the Hess station on 4th Avenue gassing up his car.

Saw him yesterday in fact (Hodgman). He was wearing a Daily Show jacket, which I thought was kind of strange.

Park Slope is more of a Mac neighborhood.

I believe Bobby Flay and wife Stephanie March (of Law & Order: SVU) live around here, too. I've seen her standing outside the Bergen St. stop.

And I once saw Hodgman appear magically from behind the secret door of the Superhero Supply Company, which made for a pretty impressive celebrity entrance.

Buscemi is great. I spoke with him at an event I threw (Buscemi was to my left; McEnroe to my right). He was very "normal" which I didn't expect because he always plays such weirdos. He also doesn't look at strange as he does on camera. He spoke about his son's band and how they had written an anti-Bush song (this was a few years ago). Very down-to-earth (he used to be a NY firefighter, believe it or not).

McEnroe was charming and funny as hell and flirting with me! I never found him attractive before then. I asked him if he ever saw old videotape of himself yelling at referees. ;-) His response (which I can't quite remember) was funny, self-deprecating and ironic.
