    I just grabbed it from your post. Cropped and otherwise altered, so it's not exactly your pic anymore. I will take credit for it when TWC decides to terminate my service. :)

    Finally got service. Called when the rebooting didn't work and made an appointment for Saturday but somehow they didn't enter the date correctly and I was booked for Tuesday -- a week later. Had hoped to salvage old DVR which was full of programs, watched and unwatched. All now lost. They gave me another box of the same model and a new remote. Finally met the new interface and HATE IT.

    After falling in love with the advantages of a DVR as opposed to videotapes I now realize how fragile that structure is. Because TWC monkeys with their system, my recording device was rendered unusable and everything is lost. If I'd had something more solid I would still have my opera telecasts and TCM films. I'm going shopping and turning in this stupid machine ASAP.
