Just had dinner with the wife and kid at Bogota earlier this evening. We didn't see any bedbugs, but we enjoyed the usual outstanding meal served by a friendly, attentive waitstaff. For the holiday season, they've got Coquito at $6 a glass, and while I've had Coquito at Puerto Rican Xmas parties before, I've never had it like this. It was like liquid rice pudding, only with rum. So thick, so delicious! Reminiscent of a kind of rice-based smoothie we drank at the long-gone Flor's Kitchen on Waverly Place, only Bogota's Coquito was even better. We'll definitely be back for more of that stuff before the month ends.
