Split topic: Whither to repost opinion pieces

i talk to my lawyer and tenant, i feel bad for my tenant. she got her managers and management companies and other people to write me letters begging to stay and she cried.

so call me a softy i told her she can stay for only one more year. i can't get it to put a black mark on peoples names. my lawyer thought i was nuts.
