brooklynian wiffleball game (last poll with dates!)

going would be fun and not a danger to anyone and for you alky's out there , who only attend alcohol events. you could drink and make it more fun!!!! like falling on your face!!!(just a suggestion if you get hurt its you own damn fault . )

can we get a global or sticky going? see if we could get enough folks to want to play and than set some dates.

only sign up if you won't cry after i strike you out.

i don't think anyone would cry but temper tantrums and peeing in their pants on the other hand is most likely occurrence .

. Nah, too tedious. Aw, just pick a date, time and location. Mt prospect park (as oppose to prospect park proper) might prevent some folks from getting lost.

lets just see if we could get enough folks who wants to play first , than we'll try to see what is a good time for everyone. after that we could try to figure out a place were we know we can steal spots from little kids and take their candy too!

hey feel free to bring in little kids as ringers so some older members can feel good about their athletic skills!

Just pick a place, you will never find 10 people to commit here, 5 of them won't show anyway... but others may appear if you announce when and where :-)

Papi Chulo might be in and is utterly appalled by my complete lack of knowledge of what wiffleball means.

I'll be happy to bring the sodas and shit talkin' to the game from the stands (as I suck at every sport)

we need atleast 10 and yes i know its almost impossible .

Why wiffle? I down for hard ball, there is a couple of people that I would enjoy pitching to!!

Since striking someone out seems to be the key to enjoyment around here, I volunteer. I am the world striking out champion. I swing at balls that aren't there.

hard ball isn't for everyone, with wiffleball you don't have to worry about equipment or really hurting someone unless brooklynians decided to fight when they drink too much from their drunken stupor.

also we can use almost any ground for our field and bring along something for bases if we can't find a field.

i'm still curious, is this going to be slow pitch wiffleball with an emphasis on batters making contact? or will people be utilizing the wiffleball's natural tendency for sick breaking pitches?
