As a guy, as a matter of policy, I will never suggest a shot to the block & tackle.

But I'd pay good money for something that would pepper spray a deserving drunk in the todger.

Perhaps a webcam with a remote control. I'll let the internet do the monitoring and enforcement for me.

I think I might have found a solution.



Now I just have to figure out how to get it to distinguish between drunks peeing in my flowers, and the average random passerby.
