As for that pic of the fire hose going through the car window...The owner is lucky that they only broke the windows. FD will ram your car and push it out of the way. Cars blocking hydrants or fire zones have been "totalled" by responding fire trucks.
I neglected to mention that my plate was stolen...I never removed it. When no plate is visible or present, the city is supposed to issue a ticket via the VIN number. They are also supposed to track owners of 'derelict' vehicles through VIN numbers and the associated registration.

Why are they supposed to issue a ticket to the VIN? The NYPD actually has a policy of not writing to VINs. If there is no plate the vehicle is in risk of being towed.

Parking laws are enforced equally throughout the city, however certain conditions are more prominent in Manhattan and are also more hazardous. The NYPD's policy is to have vehicles not bearing a license plate to be towed or in your case sanitized. By the looks of your dilapidated vehicle I believe the Dept of Sanitation made the right choice.

It would be more fun to debate you if you actually thought about your argument and the words you type.

Come on...get your game back on. You're slacking. You used to be so much smarter and funnier. Now you're just lame.

Parking laws aren't enforced equally throughout the city. That's what this thread is about.

Had I taken your bait, I would have written:

'By the looks of your dilapidated vehicle'

    1. A motorcycle isn't a vehicle.

    2. The bike was recycled over 8 months ago, so your use of the present tense 'by the looks' is improper.
