    Yea I can go in. I wonder what the best way to test would be? Tell them to put their central air on?

    Ideally, if they're willing, they should put everything on, including the central air, the clothes dryer, and any televisions or computers. When you flip the circuit breakers for your apartment, you'll see whether any of their appliances get turned off.

    My friend and I live in a 2 br in Crown Heights and our electric bill is $240.97 this month! Only problem is, we don't have access to our meter to run any tests on it. Stuff is crazy!
