GoodMorning, My INR test went well. I had a 2.1 reading and the Doctor wants me between 2.0 and 3.0. Today Carol has an appointment with her Gastro Dr. She is doing so much better with her IBS since we went to the USF specialist and went on the diet that Doctor recommended. It does not seem like a very healthy diet but it is working. Little or no Fruits and veggies. She has started to incoporate some back into the diet, one at a time. So far she has been okay with carrots, beets and now fresh strawberries. The veggies are canned, not fresh. You figure???? :-00

Good Morning-Debbie-have recovered from the wedding..beautiful day out-83 today-90 tomorrow..going to a BBQ tomorrow then Cody & I are watching Justin tomorrow night (Tina's B-day is on Monday-she's celebrating tomorrow night) will be back home on Sunday...Jessica comes home Sunday also-can't wait to see her..Hi Patsy-did u watch A.I. last night? I hope Jessica wins...well-have to go back to work...have a great weekend...bye

Went to see Gladys Night last night. She was great. My sister Lori bought me a ticket for my birthday.

someone knew someone. lol Got upgraded to the front 5,000 dollar donation seat. How great was that? She really still looks great and sounds great.

Congratulations to Pat Galiardi and her family on the wedding of her son Gerard.

Off to Zumba to work off the big dinner and Lobster Tail dessert after the show. My God I will be 500 lbs by the next reunion. lol

Hello All, Sunny & warm here today. Same as yesterday and so on. Weather lately has been beautiful. Got to change clothes in a little while. Going to take Carol out for Sunday dinner. There is a restaurant called the "Sandpiper Grille" right here in town. It is on a golf course. Scenery beautiful. Carol found she can eat the Scallops (which she loves) there as long as they leave off the garlic. She likes Garlic too but can not eat it with her IBS. They have a good selection including a small steak which I found to be plenty for me. It used to be the Golf & Raquet Club and you had to belong to the club in order to eat there. These are new owners and it is open to the public.

With Memorial Day around the corner I can not help but remember the great parties we used to have in my back yard in Bergenfield NJ. We had it on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend and it started with a dozen people and peaked in the 90's with about 40-50. Every one brought something so the array of food was fantastic. On the Monday we would go to the parade in town and then with a few neighbors we would have the leftovers from the party. (Including the beer). Yeah, it was a lot of work and some expense but it was worth it for the good time. =DB

BE THERE EARLY & GET GOOD SEATS FOR HER DANCE RECITAL IN JUNE. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 7 YRS NOW). ON LINE FOR 5 HRS, THAN I CAME HOME DID LAUNDRY & COOKED DINNER.

NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM EXHAUSTED TODAY..BTW, THERE WERE 5

PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME, BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO GET CENTER SECTION & 2ND ROW,,SHE IS IN THE MORNING & NIGHT SHOWS, BUT WE ARE DROPPING HER OFF IN THE MORNING & GOING TO SEE HER

PERFORM IN THE NIGHT SHOW.. -Y
