I went in just for fun to check it out. The first Apt we saw was on the first floor, $1900, had washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, central AC. The walls are made with some sort of soy something or other which helps keep the cold air "lowering the electric bill by (insert %, i dozed off)."

Second one we looked at was $2200 I believe, same as the above but with access to a private outdoor area, and then gates that opened up to a shared backyard area for everyone in the building. Bike racks up against the wall to hang bike vertical.

Overall, looked nice. Didnt read any fine print or anything like that but hell, having a washer/dryer and dishwasher sounded like a pretty nice deal.

Also, each apartment had two entrance doors. One that opened up to a mudroom kind of thing and then the actual apartment door.

    Update May 2, 2013

A new eight-unit rental building at 147 Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights is almost full. A leasing agent reports that one unit is left: a one-bedroom asking $1,995 a month. Previously, another one-bedroom unit here was asking $2,350 a month, and a two-bedroom was going for $3,300. Aptsandlofts.com said it has received asking prices for all the rental units so far.

..All but one is rented. All of those that have been rented, rented for their asking price.
