Foot traffic is re-routed with the orange barriers. Exactly like it was done with 1519 Bedford across the street, and like it was done with the building at Franklin and E.P.

Did some digging and found some renderings of the hotel on ODA's site. Looks like it will have a beautiful courtyard which can hopefully be used by the public as well as the hotel guests. http://www.oda-architecture.com/interiors/bedford-hotel

I'm most excited about the ground-floor restaurant, cafe, and public space on the rooftop.

To give it a clean appearance, this rendering does not include any traffic lights at a very busy intersection. That would be exciting.

I'm most excited about them finally cleaning up the piles of trash accumulating around the street barriers.

Is the "street" supposed to be Eastern Parkway or Bedford? This is the most fantastical concept drawing I've seen yet.

The people in the foreground are standing on the Eastern Parkway Mall (South East corner). The intersection is the South service road and Bedford.
