Brooklynian 2013 end of Summer Gathering, Tuesday, Sept 3rd

I do not control how often, when, or where, people drink beer and eat takeout.

I simply know that I will be doing so on Tuesday, September 3rd at 8 PM.

At Nostrand Pub.

...and that my Facebook Events thing says about 8 people are coming, in addition to you people.

I also know that I somewhat regularly eat take out and drink beer without you people present, and hope you do the same.

Any recommendations on where we get our takeout? It's a little out of my usual radius.

There are a bunch of Nostrand Avenue options including:

Gloria's- Caribbean

Glenda's- Roti shop

French Chips- Fish and Chips

Masago Bistro- Japanese

Sakura Tokyo- Japanese

David's Brisket House- Sandwiches

There are also plenty of other spots including Chinese, Pizza, and other smaller takeout places.

Booklaw, Papi Chulo and I shall be in attendance for a bit. Hope to meet some newbies! :cheers:
