Argh, I don't want to mess with Flickr right now. Here is the link (http://www.cafepress.com/keither.43850692) - this is just a first pass. I have more ideas and will whip them up when I have a moment.

I've always been half-tempted to get a PH hoodie from Neighborhoodies, who are located in Brooklyn and are very cool people. Too bad you can't add graphics, cause I dig what you've done.

Thanks. I own one, and it's the first time I have...so to me, PH = granny cart.

I think you all may like the next one.

That's great! The next one has to capture the essence of Carneviento! :D

I actually have a PH neighborhoodie. Pro Heights on the front - 11238 on the back.

I like the granny cart shirt though. The other thing that I've always associate with the neighborhood is chicken bones. Any time of day or night, you will find at least a couple of sidewalks littered with chicken bones. They're ubiquitous.

honestly, and I lived there for years, there are hundreds of thousands more chicken bones in harlem. I promise.

Same here. I also have to say that my granny cart has gotten several compliments and inquiries at the Laundry King which makes me happy. It's shiny and silver and deserves rims or something to pimp it out :D

Very cool, but $20? CafePress is a little out of hand...

Yeah, CafePress is a little more expensive. I'd love to get them printed myself, but I'm not entirely sure the market is big enough.

    What is a fitted t-shirt vs a t-shirt?

It's not as "boxy" as a standard t-shirt...the silhouette is a bit more fitted. The standard shirt is Hanes, the "fitted" shirt is American Apparel. Really, it's not THAT fitted.

wait, so.... if its "fitted", is it for guys or girls silhouette?

It's unisex. Don't get stuck on the word "fitted". It's just not baggy. That's all.

Just an idea... I know the main appeal of CafePress is that it's easy and doesn't cost anything for the t-shirt creator to use, but I really dislike CafePress's shirt selection. I wonder whether would it be hard to make an iron-on version of this available somehow so people could put it on whatever they want?

iron-ons are pretty easy - you can just buy that iron-on paper that you toss in a laser printer (I think - somehow I doubt it's for ink-jet).

Considering that I expect MAYBE 5 (and one would be to me) of these to sell, I'd rather not carry any inventory whatsoever...thus, CafePress for now.

That's an awesome shirt! If you do decide to print them I use this place:
    http://www.punkstuff.com/
And they will print on sweat shop free shirts for $6 a shirt if you order 3 dozen (any size or color).

Wouldn't it be worthwhile to ask Red Beri, Housebroken, etc -- all those fun little stores -- if they'd be willing to carry a few?

Might not be a lot of profit involved, but the joy would be seeing them worn around the nabe, and the city.

Yes, I've thought about this. I'd like to design one or two more, first.

Red Lipstick perhaps <hoping she reads this>
