Incidentally, I'm hoping it rains blue ice for the St P Parade Saturday.
Every year, it's SOMETHING with the hateful Ancient Order of Hibernians.
This year, they're punishing the FDNY by removing them from the front of the parade -- because last year the parade was delayed when a group of New Orleans firefighters unfurled an unauthorized banner to thank the FDNY for its support after Hurricane Katrina.
They don't appreciate "displays of any kind", yet they have a parade . . .
