HAPPY HOUR/GAMING NIGHT ON 5/11with DH!!!!

OK, the poll is closed, and the plan is to combine the events on 5/11.

7 pm - 9 pm Brownstone billiards
9 pm - DROP DEAD TIME - Mooney's

DH will be in attendance.

fwiw, I told a bunch of folks who are board regulars but don't necessarily check it every day, or even every week, that the event was friday b/c of the posts by doctorj and others saying to combine the events and the fact that andy/DH is here on friday.

if it turns out to change dates, I will attempt to find all that were misinformed and hopefully no one will be wandering around on the wrong day thinking we are at bb/mooneys.

i want to do both, and i'm cheap. so i vote for the combo platter.

I'm going to game night either way, but I honestly don't think that I'd be able to make HH if we have game night on Thurs.

I vote for Thursday , because I think on a Friday BB would be crowded.

It doesn't look like they have alot of air hockey and ping pong tables , looks like more pool tables at that place....so if it's crowded , we might have a long wait to play.

I think I'm probably good either way.

Hey, give the poll to noon tomorrow at least (24 hours after I posted it).

I mean, I know you're afraid to play me and want to make sure the gaming occurs when I said I couldn't come, but try not to be SO OBVIOUS about it.

Also, just to clarify for everyone- Happy Hour with Daily Heights is definitely on Friday. The question is whether game night is also on Friday or if game night stays on Thursday.

but the situation is different. for instance, now that they've renovated, i'm not sure that trick shot where the ball is sent careening off of old tables before coming to rest amid stacked glassware will work.
