We had the same problem in Windsor Terrace , but once we established an alternate side of the steet rock throwing program,it's a lot safer.(':P')

Last night some crazy b**tch through trash at me at was muttering to come over and beat the sh*t out of me. Since she didn't hit me I didn't call the cops but looking back, if this happens again, i am gonna have my husband knock her f**ng teeth out.l

Crazy, drunk, or whatever - do NOT hit me.

If the cops are called they may arrest people who are deranged,but in most cases the courts will let them go.
I would recommend finding out if she is housed in a facility in your neighborhood,if she is, speak to the Director and demand she be transfered to another facility
I've done this and it worked, no sense hitting someone and you go to jail.
