Some work being done here today. A&D Iron Works truck and looked like some sort of display cases going in there though I could be wrong. In any case, some action happening.

The signs on the window said they were hiring baristas. So I guess it's a coffee shop.

The only thing better than being able to choose the God you worship, may be choosing which coffee shop you patronize.

This neighborhood is excelling in the later.

As I always say, I would prefer that people choose between coffee shops (or any other retail establishment) than between preachers.

The latter rarely have ideas that improve the lot of the many.

I suspect it is only a matter of time before the other two storefronts in this building are occupied.

The location has become quite prime.

Hmm. Between Breuklyn, Pulp & Bean, and the numerous, numerous bodegas both high-end (Pine Tree) and low (Shorey), does the market justify another coffee shop?

Don't forget Little Zelda and the ones on Classon.

Need?

I don't think we will "financially support" this many, much less "need" them.

Not all of them will be here a year from now.

Oh man I saw the title of this thread and got my hopes up so bad. My Pavlovian response of a watering mouth to the name of that restaurant it ridiculous...fried pumpkin and tofu pesto burgers....
