    Did you see this one?

    I totally covet that bike!

Indeed! I'd go for it bro!

I'd link a pic of mine, but (perhaps not surprisingly), there's not a single picture on the entire world wide web of a 1990 15 speed Ross Mt. Olympus in blue with a white stem.
The thing must weigh 50 lbs!

I'd also like to get the Mudhoney cyclocross but in the TT's colors. :)

If you mean ceaser's bay and the path that goes from Best Buy under the Verrazano and down a couple more miles, just drive your car down Bay Parkway (I think?!) toward Bestbuy, there is a HUGE parking lot there with ample parking and it's the start of that bike path. Though, the path gets pretty crowded with people strolling along, and it's rather bumpy and crappy, but maybe they've fixed that in the last year. I usually ride in Prospect Park now, since I don't live in Bensonhurst anymore.
Is there a running/walking path that is separate from the bike path? I need a change of scenery from Prospect Park.

Is there any place in Park Slope where you can rent bikes?

This just came up recently (search and you'll probably find the answer). I think that it came out that Dixon's (who most people thought WOULD rent bikes) doesn't and that maybe the place on 7th near 11th Street (the name escapes me now) does.

(edit: the place is called On The Move
    bike sales- repairs

    400 7th Ave)

Some parts are seperate. It's wide enough to accomodate both, with elbow room even.

Yay, bikes. I ride but I don't think I ball quite as hard as idlewild and kosherdave - rides are low budget. Mostly fixed gear these days and the occasional century on my roadbike.

KD, I was a marshall at the 5 boro last year as well. Where did they have you stationed?

Does anyone on the boards ever do meet ups for biking like they do for drinking? Or better yet, biking AND drinking?

I just got my first bike in about 18 years (finally living in an apt bldg with a a bike room) and though you guys are much more serious than I, I love it!!

Just a hybrid but I like it. (Don't know how to add a pic)

I'm keen on any bike/drinking meetups too!
