Christ how many Mexican places do we really need? I say in a year to a year and half most will be gone.

65 Sterling ended up being in PLG.

However, we are about to get 2 more places in the area discussed.

A. The one previously discussed that is coming to 708 Washington.

So, we still have around 15 Mexican themed restaurants in the area bordered by Nostrand, Atlantic, Vanderbilt and EP.
