What's your prediction of who will buy this?

I would buy this and then make it into an illegal hotel. I would Air BNB the units. They would pay good money to be near all the attractions and not care that the spaces are too small to live in long term.

Over 3 million? The mock up looks kind of decent I suppose... in that it seems to "blend" into the neighboring building?

They seem to have foregone the long first floor tongue for more interior space.

Each floor now has a small patio.

    The shell is now complete.

    Moving quickly!

If they get their CO in a timely manner, this building may have residents by Thanksgiving.

It'd be hilarious if this establishment manages to get residents to move in before 90 Sullivan Place.

The windows are smaller than in the rendering, no? Doesn't have the wrap-around glass on the patio corner anymore.

The New York Times did an article about the Flatiron Building inspiring the development of buildings on odd shaped lots, but apparently this building was not cited as an example.

Why would someone buy the community facility instead of just renting?

Does the view of duplex #2 clear the top of the trees from BBG?

Attempts to sell the units via cheap ads have been unsuccessful.

Now, they have placed ads in the expensive NYT: http://www.nytimes.com/real-estate/usa/ny/brooklyn/crown-heights/homes-for-sale/995-washington-ave/493-630228
