I still think it's pretty stupid of them to put a building on Nostrand without commercial space on the first floor. This isn't Franklin.

wow. I see how Corcoran has conveniently cropped out the illegal oversized fence full of trash infront of neighboring new building on the right. I confirmed it with a DOT agent that it is....how do you say...encroaching on public space.

I'm sort of surprised that they are going the condo route. With the right investors, this building could go rental. ...perhaps investors will buy the units only to turn around and AirBnB them
