    This building has now begun to fill with residential tenants.

    The commercial space remains vacant. Note,it could become many small spaces as opposed to an anchor and a few small spaces. The landlord will likely soon decide which route to go.

    Several of the apartments now appear to be occupied, and (because it is the beginning of the month) more will likely move into today.

    I talked to a broker yesterday about showing us a 2BR. Asked him what the largest square footage apt they had was and he said 500, maybe 600 sq feet. That is...not very big.
