    They named it the Williamsburg Bridge Plaza Reconstruction Project?

    That title seems wrong.

    It looks like Jeff Bezos was conducting those soil tests for a prime location.

    Western Beef arguably sits on the most prime piece of land in the area.

    However, I do not include it in my Big 18 because it is south of Empire.

    The Western Beef lot could easily sell for a massive development with an affordable component like the Seacrest site, but for now I'd settle for them hiring more cashiers.
