Oh, Jeebus. Now it's been Gawkered.

Fortunately, the tone's not quite as bad as it was on the Brooklyn Record site.

Ooohhhh!!! I have my cellphone on me and am working right now on 50th and park, just a few blocks away!

Can you tell him to wait right there? You can tell him the Gawker Stalker wants to snap a photo of him!

I have a feeling he's in a cab somewhere at this point. it was like ... half an hour ago. :)

the sad part being that it took me several seconds to figure out why I recognized the old white guy.:lol::lol:

I thought Bruce Ratner was the only one entitled to love children on here.

I've seen a few, but I'm not inclined to make a list.

The coolest, though, was Chales Nelson Reilly. Saw him in a restaurant 10 years ago and rolled up for an autograph - not my usual style, but it was pretty obvious he was holding court and out to be seen - and ended up hanging out for 10 or 15 minutes chatting and having a drink. Good times for a Match Game fan from way back.

Due to my past employment at an iconic music biz establishment I've met a truckload of celebs I won't bother to mention here, but yesterday I saw Molly Ringwald walking opposite me as I approached 14th & B'way in Manhattan. Not too long ago I came across Heather Graham in the same area. Two chicks I've had crushes on...

I saw Molly once about 12 years ago in some cafe. I have a soft spot for her because back in the day people used to tell me I resembled her.

I've watched The Breakfast Club like, a bazillion times.

Love, love, LOVE Molly! Although I must say I think Drano's Charles Nelson Reilly encounter wins for coolest celebrity encounter.

That reminds me... a couple of years back some friends and I were at Fez following a Kiki & Herb show and spotted Nathan Lane at the bar. One of my friends was drunk and insisted on buying him a cocktail. He was really gracious about it (especially given that my friend was being gushy and somewhat obnoxious) and chatted with her for a few minutes, and at one point he said, "This is very sweet of you, but I can afford my own drinks these days." Sounds a little rude in print like that, but he actually said it in a very funny, charming way. This was at the height of the popularity of The Producers, so that was quite the understatement.

according to mta rulez, it is a violation to have an open container of any liquid while riding the subway. these fukkin celebz think they dont have to play by the rules??! If I'd had seen that , i would have tossed that goddamned brevvé into a refuse receptacle at smith & 9th and said "you got a problem with the law, vinny??!

I was at another show in the city but a good source informs me that both Mr. B and fellow Soprano--and Great Lakes regular--John Ventimiglia (Artie Bucco on the show) were at Southpaw Friday night to catch Michael Imperioli (Christopher Moltisanti) and his band, La Dolce Vita, perform. Also, Mr. Imperioli was nothing less than "a sweetheart" to the club's staff. Very cool.

Does an actor on HBO's Entourage live here too or just some dude who looks like him?

Dunno if he lives in the 'hood but supposedly the star of Entourage, Adrian Grenier, was at the above SP show, as well.

I heard somewhere that A.Grenier was seen riding the F train in Bklyn recently, but I dont know if anyone got a picture of him (darn!)

I'm gonna start a photo blog called "Celebs on the F train". Also to further prove my point the F train has the coolest and best looking people in the subway system.

(j/k if anyone actually thought i was serious, felt i should prob mention that.)

Well, he lives in Fort Greene, I think. A few months back there was an article in the Times about how he has an old house and is doing an all-green gut reno.

Oh right, i remember reading that somewhere now, but they had mentioned Clinton Hill where i read it.

Does Marisa Tomei still live there? When I was taking a tour of Pratt back in 1998, they mentioned she owned/lived in a mansion in the 'hood.

My friend who worked in the bagel store across from the former John Jay HS said he went there all the time. Also another of my favorite independent actors, John Turturro, also lives in the nab....

It's a shame that Buscemi is a great actor but very underrated.

Actually, IMHO Mr. B has the kind of career I would kill for: enough recognition and respect that he's working regularly; people know who he is, yet he's not paparazzi material. Sweet.

So, where do some of the celebs who live in our hood live? I'd be curious to know just to see what sort of place they live in. then to steal their trash (j/k)
