* $1200 per month includes heat, all utilities and cable internet service
* $1200 deposit required to secure your position as roomie - the deposit will serve as your last month's rent
* Available from September 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 – nine months
* Sunny third floor walk-up apartment with three rooms plus bath and eat-in kitchen, and two closets available for storage.
