Seeking roommate in WILLIAMSBURG

Hey, I'm looking for a roommate to cosign a year lease with me starting Sep. 1st. I've been living here for a year, my current roommate is moving out.

The place is a GORGEOUS, LARGE 2-bedroom in Williamsburg, 2 blocks off the Graham L stop (about 10 or 15 mins to Union Square, WAY better than most Manhattan commutes). It gets lots of light, has a ton of closet space, and there's a back room that I've converted into a workshop/artist space. The rent is $1,200/mo, and you need a guarantor and first month's security.

A bit about me: I'm a 22 year old male rising senior studying opera. I've got a cat, Owl, who's a sweetheart but doesn't really get along well with other animals. I can get along with more or less anybody, I'm quiet, and I'm respectful.
