SEEKING ONE BEDROOM IN PARK SLOPE FOR OCT 1ST

Hello,

I am moving from Chicago to Brooklyn in Oct. and am looking for a somewhat spacious 1 bedroom to share with my boyfriend and tiny cat in Park Slope or Prospect Heights on the first of the month. My requirements are:

* 1500 max.
* Laundry in building or in walking distance
* Very close to public transportation

moreover,

*I would prefer to bypass a broker, but if this impossible I am looking for
someone with a low or negotiable fee
*Broker or landlord must accept cosigner outside of the tristate area

If anyone knows of anything becoming available, or is acquainted with a reputable broker please let me know (in the mean time I will continue to search Craigslist, the Village Voice, etc.)
