Hi,

Anyone know what is going on with "The Loft"? I moved to Bay Ridge about 1.5 years ago, and ever since then, the building has been there with a "SOLD" sticker over the "Building for Sale" sign.

Any one know what is going to happen with that place? It looks like nothing has been done at all - I never see any workmen there or anything. It must be costing whoever owns it quite a bit in carrying costs alone.

Anyway, just curious.
