Business Improvement District (BID) including Vanderbilt Av?

Hi there.

Does the North Flatbush BID include businesses located on Vanderbilt Avenue, or is it strictly for businesses located right there on Flatbush itself?

I had a look at their site and there is no indication there of area covered:

So, anybody know?
