I am hosting a small open house at my new condo tonight, Monday, from 6-9PM. The available room is about 10x10 with a window and closet. You also get your own bathroom! The rest of the apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, GE appliances, central air and heat, and a ton of counter space and cabinets. Oh yeah, there is also a sweet roof deck!

About me (the owner/roommate): 30/m financial recruiter, likes to play/watch sports, big fan of netflix and tivo, and i hopefully want to get out on my bike more. I am not looking for a best friend but definitely someone to have a drink with sometimes. I don't like to bring the party home too often.
