Hello Prospect Heightizens. Pick up your needles, and get hooked in 2008. Knit PH meets three times a month in a few local places from winter into spring (summer is questionable). You don't have to be from Prospect Heights to join. Our crafty folks also hail from the Slope, Carol Gardens, Boerum Hill, Fort Green and believe it or not, The Bronx, Staten Island, and Queens. Crocheters are welcomed, men are encouraged.

As if knitting in a bar couldn't get any weirder...

This month Knit PH at Freddy's proudly announces that it will be sharing the evening with the brand new German Language Studies Club this third Sunday. There will be cake, knitting, and people conversing in German. More information will be made available, so tune in.

German studies is hosted by Deike Benjoya from 7:00 to 9:30, but afterwards we will join forces to invade the French Language Studies Club. So for those who knit, bring your projects and a German and get schtricken!
