420 Prospect Place?

Does anyone have any info on this building? I noticed a few weeks ago that usual people hanging on the stoop or coming and going weren't around. Then upon closer inspection I saw that the lock on the front door had been removed. The front door is now chained shut with a huge padlock on it. A lot of the apartments appear to still have belongings in the windows. There is no eviction or marshal's letter on the door. Any ideas?

I can't think of which building this is, although I live on the block... Is this the one right next to the corner store (Danny's?)

Yeah, thats the building. Its the first building on the south side of the street, closest to Grand. The one that used to have the kids playing basketball on the sidewalk all summer.

I live VERY close by and have seen some crazy-loud arguments going down on the stoop/out the windows, etc. During the warmer months there were also a bunch of people on the stoop—I haven't noticed anyone over there lately, figured it was too cold.

I noticed the chain lock on the door a few months ago, perhaps oct/nov. That certainly was a colorful building. It will be a bit more quiet this summer.
