Backyard Patios at PH Bars/Restaurants

I thought it would be good to have a thread that lists/talks about PH bars/restaurants with backyard patios. I'm not talking about a few tables on the sidewalk out front...rather out back, away from the traffic, etc.

Now that Soda's patio kind of sucks (big tree gone; construction on the other side of the fence), it would be nice to know the options.

The Usual has a backyard. If you need a tuna melt and you want to sit outside that's the place to do it.
